Shipping Info


Shipping is free on all products, with no minimum purchase amount.

I can only ship within the borders of the United States, including all 50 states plus it's territories.  I do not export to any other country.  Shipping is with USPS Priority Mail.  If you do not receive mail at your physical address, please enter a P.O. Box with your order.


Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, please contact me with the order number, which can be found on emails sent to you about your order, and written on your sales receipt.  If the reason for the return is my fault, as either an incorrect item sent or a defective or damaged item, I will pay the return shipping.  If you ordered an incorrect item, you will be responsible for return shipping,  These things are handled on a case by case basis, as returns are a very rare occurrence.  But I work with the customer to find a solution that is agreeable.


Missing and/or Damaged Shipments

You will receive a tracking number when your order ships.  Normally, packages are delivered within 7 days.  Sometimes, especially during the holidays, transit times are longer.  Please refer to this tracking number and be patient.  If 4 weeks goes by AFTER you receive the tracking number (rare that anything takes this long), contact me and I will help to find the package or get a replacement in the works.

If you receive a damaged package or a package with missing contents, contact me immediately, and take pictures of the outside of the box (including the shipping label) as well as the inside for me to use for an insurance claim and I will get the missing or damaged products replaced as soon as possible.


Order Cancellation

Please consider all sales final, as I begin work on orders very quickly when they are placed.  However, I will cancel or change an order if placed by mistake if the order has not yet shipped.  Please contact me quickly, and I will work with you if I can, on a case by case basis.
